Returns
Due to the limited-edition and original nature of the artworks in this store, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Exchanges will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law, including where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described on our site. We will request you return the faulty artwork in it’s original packaging to us so we can assess and offer a replacement.
We want you to be 100% happy with your artwork, so please choose wisely!
Damages in Transit
Every artwork is carefully packaged before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and artwork so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Artworks are strictly limited to a number of editions per artwork, worldwide. This includes editions available for each size as stated on all product pages on the website. Once the edition is sold out, no further prints will be produced.
Proofs
In addition to the standard editions, Two (2) Artist Proofs (AP) and One (1) Hors de commerce (HC) may be created.
AP - These are retained by the artist ‘Kelly Frizelle’ for personal use, gifting, exhibitions, or archival purposes and are not sold to the general public.
HC - Reserved for the artist ‘Kelly Frizelle’
Certificate of Authenticity
Every Original Artwork or Limited Edition Print includes a hand signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) The CoA states the print number (e.g 1/40) and the total edition print dimensions for each artwork. It may also include the name of the artwork, the series, date of creation, medium/materials and place of issue.
All artwork, photographs, images, text and website content are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
The buyer may not digitally scan, photograph or reproduce the artworks for commercial purposes.
The Artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork. The purchase of a limited edition print grants the buyer the physical artwork only.
Display and Care
Your print is fragile and should be handled with extreme care. We recommend you take your print to your local framer so they can open the print in a clean & safe environment free from dust and potential risk of markings. Gloves should be worn handling artworks at all times, and please avoid touching the surface of the print with your fingers & hands.
To prevent fading, degradation, and paper warping, we recommend displaying your artwork in a frame behind glass, and out of direct sunlight. Utilising UV-protective glass or acrylic, and an acid-free archival matting board when framing is strongly advised.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped within the timeframes specified on each product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details where applicable.

When you make a purchase from us on this website, we use Squarespace Payments as our payment solution. Squarespace Payments is a fully integrated, native payment solution provided to us by our online store service provider Squarespace.
